We assist our clients with surveys, lease reviews, site analyses, code research, and all aspects of site selection.

We also provide guidance on how to best move forward if the site has been selected prior to engaging our services.

When creating a concept design, we work closely with our clients to better understand their vision and form the foundation for the project.

Alternatively, we work closely with the client’s design studio and advise on code compliance at this early phase.

We work with our trusted industry partners in providing concept design for all phases of projects, from developing the customer journey to brand development, as well as store design.

Once the concept design has been completed, we further develop the design through early-stage vendor communication, engineering coordination, and timeline / cost evaluations.

We also support with space planning, initial design idea detailing, and recommending how best to deliver on the intended design concept.

To drive the design concept forward, we further develop the design to create a comprehensive set of early biddable documents intended to assist the client in scheduling and pricing against their initial budget.

We work closely with consultant engineers at this stage and begin evaluating the most appropriate systems needed for a particular design.

In collaboration with Consultant Engineers and according to budget guidance, we produce a comprehensive set of drawings and specifications as Contract Documents.

These documents represent the design concept in a set of drawings and details that are buildable and within budget.

We also offer services that carry through to construction, where we ensure that the contract documents are followed and the design concept is carried to completion in all phases.

This includes site visits and client meetings to ensure that the communication is consistent throughout the process and the desired result is achieved.

With architecture licenses several states, we will: See the project through the permit process, ensure that the project meets all required local codes and zoning requirements, and provide assistance in obtaining all the necessary permits.
