2024 Recap & 2025 Outlook

As we move forward into 2025, we’re taking a moment to reflect on an incredible year of projects, partnerships, and growth at Leveratto Architecture Group. 2024 saw us expanding our portfolio with a range of retail and commercial projects that pushed the boundaries of design and execution. Here’s a look back at what we accomplished and what’s ahead for 2025.

2024 PROJECTS

In 2024, we had the opportunity to work on an exciting mix of retail and commercial projects. Our involvement ranged from concept development to construction completion, with notable projects including high-end retail stores, luxury brand expansions, and innovative design ideas. In 2024 the new development in New York, Belmont Park Village saw the addition of several new brands which we partnered with to help bring them to this location, Missoni, Vivienne Westwood, Aquazzura among others., while Orlebar Brown, Rag & Bone, and Frette continued their retail growth with new locations across multiple states.. Our ability to work in over 20 states expands our reach and expertise in the retail sector. 

We also are collaborating  on flagship stores for MONOS in the Soho district of NYC and Messika on Madison Avenue, alongside ongoing partnerships with Burberry, Kohler, and New relationship with  Boucheron. Each project represented a step forward in design excellence and strategic execution, reinforcing our expertise in crafting high-impact spaces.

LOOKING AHEAD TO 2025

As we look to the year ahead, we’re in discussions on multiple exciting projects in retail and commercial design. We anticipate working with both new and returning clients on impactful spaces across the country:

  • Belmont Park Village Projects – Ongoing collaboration with key retail partners.

  • Luxury Retail Expansion – Select projects in high-profile shopping destinations.

  • Corporate & Commercial Spaces – New opportunities in development.

While some of these projects are still in progress, we’ll share more details as they take shape.

TEAM UPDATES & INITIATIVES

Our team continues to grow and take on new challenges. In 2024, we refined our branding, including our logo. We also refreshed our website and conducted a photo shoot to better showcase our work and team. Last but certainly not least in 20225,  we are looking at expanding our field of influence and engaging in different programs centered around personal and business development goals like the LBAN (Latino Business Action Network) a a 9 week  program run by Stanford Graduate School of Business.

GOALS FOR 2025

Our focus this year is on refining our approach and strengthening client relationships. We aim to take more initiative in leading projects and solving problems with intention by addressing challenges efficiently and proactively.

2024 was a defining year for Leveratto AG, and we’re excited for what’s to come. Thank you to our clients, partners, and team members who made last year possible—we’re looking forward to another year of innovation and collaboration in 2025.
